Welcome to AdAiReel. By accessing and using our AI-powered marketing content creation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

AdAiReel provides an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform that enables users to create marketing content, including ad banners and video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription fees are displayed on our pricing page. All fees are in USD and billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept PayPal and Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to hack our systems, upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, create illegal content, share account credentials, or resell our Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. AI-generated content is yours to use commercially. AdAiReel platform, software, and trademarks are our property.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdAiReel is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime. We may terminate your account for Terms violations or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.
